Public Insurance Adjusting: As Public Adjusters we are licensed to assist you throughout the claims process. The insurance companies adjuster is paid and trained by the insurance company. We, on the other hand are hired directly by you to represent your interests throughout the claim process. Our goal is recover the largest possible settlement for your loss.
Insurance Property Damage Appraiser: Many insurance policies offer Appraisal as a means to settle disputes over claim valuations. In the event that you do not agree with the amount being offered by your insurance company you may want to review your policy and see if Appraisal is available. When in appraisal we work on the side of the insured while the insurance company will hire their own appraiser. If the 2 appraisers are unable to resolve the differences, they present their case to an umpire. Once any 2 parties sign the award it is settled.
Property Damage Evaluations / Estimates: We are very well versed in performing property inspections and preparing estimates of damages. We utilize our experience as licensed Home Inspectors, Mold Assessors, Public Adjusters and past contractors when preparing our property damage valuations and estimates.
Consultant: Our firm is often retained as property damage experts. We will document all losses and provide estimates if needed.
